• Position the door lock near opening edge of door.
  The lock rail must slide easily.
• Use floor plate as a template to locate holes.
• For ease of installation, drill pilot holes of sufficient size, or
• If installing door lock on cement or tile floor, drill holes to fit 5/16" dia.
  plastic anchors (anchors included).

• Fasten floor plate securely to floor.
   
• Door should swing freely above floor plate
• Insert lock rail. lock rail should slide easily.

• Floor Plate
• Lock Rail
• 3 Solid Brass Screws
• 3 Plastic Anchors

Simply slide the Lock Rail into the floor plate to lock the door.
Remove it and the door swings freely above the floor plate.
